8:30-12:00 Morning team play

12:30 Halftime Event, Raffle Drawn, Most Original Team Name and Best Team Costumes awarded.

1:00-4:00 Afternoon team play

TEAM CAPTAINS: Team captains, please forward this email to your team members. You are the only member of your team receiving this email! (There are two team emails that are the same for two teams. Please forward this to both of your teams, if this is the case.) You are responsible to pass it on to your teammates. If they don’t have email, call them and give them the information.

Check www.bainbridgeschoolsfoundation Thursday night to see your initial game schedule. This is only your first game, as the schedule will change during the day of Hoopfest to show semi final and final games. Check the BHS gym lobby often during the day to see your next game! Game Schedules will change throughout the day.

WHAT TO BRING/WEAR: We will give you a white Hoopfest T-shirt when you check in. Bring this to your games! Each team must also bring a game ball. Don’t forget that there is a team costume contest this year! You may need to wear part of your costume in the game, so create with usefulness in mind.

RAFFLE TO BENEFIT BSF: There is a raffle this year with proceeds going to the Bainbridge Schools Foundation. Prizes are: A BHS Boys Coach Steve Henderson boy’s weeklong summer basketball camp and A BHS Girls Coach Pennie Geiger’s girl’s weeklong summer basketball camp. Each camp is a $150.00 value.

Raffle tickets cost $2.00 for one, $5.00 for ½ an arm’s length or $10.00 for a full arm’s length worth of tickets. Write your name & phone number on the back.

GETTING HUNGRY: Be sure to bring some cash for snacks and lunch. Mike’s

BBQ will be set up outside. We’ll also have drinks, cookies, and snacks for sale.
